This, overall, is very good. The clothing is very nicely done. However, the cheek is either shaped unusually, or the hair isn't drawn properly. The hair would be on more of a tilt if someone's head was tilted in the way that hers is. The chin is a bit too far to the right, and the shoulders have too steep of a slope. The shoulder on the left is done fine, but the one on the right looks off. The eyebrows are also slightly misshapen. Eyebrows are difficult on tilted heads, though. I suggest that, if you're drawing a head that is tilted, you should tilt the paper and see if the head would look normal when not tilted, to see if it's done properly or not. Other than these minor things, it looks excellent!
